Greenman Gardens is licensed to grow, manufacture and sell hemp-derived CBD products containing less than 0.3% Δ-9-THC, as permitted by the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. These products contain trace amounts of THC. Use caution when subject to mandatory drug testing. 

The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
